In many cases, yes. If we have a technician available in your area, we can often provide same-day service. The best way to check availability is to book online first and then call us, and our team will let you know the soonest time we can arrive. We can always adjust the booked time in the system. If same-day service isn’t available, we’ll help schedule the next earliest appointment that works for you.
A credit card is required to book your appointment, but it is not charged upfront. The card will only be charged once the technician arrives on-site, completes the inspection, and confirms the final scope of work. There is a $249 minimum charge for on-site service visits. After the technician has finished and verified the service details, the final charge will be processed and you will receive a receipt showing the completed service.
Absolutely. When booking online, you can select the date and time that works best for you from the available options. If needed, we can always adjust the appointment from our side over the phone. Just give us a call and we’ll customize the appointment time to match what we’ve agreed works best for both parties.
Our technician will always do their best to locate and remove the animal. In most cases, we are able to safely reach it and complete the removal. Please note there is a $249 minimum service fee for the technician to come on-site.
In some situations, the animal may be blocked by a structural obstruction. This can include areas such as inside walls, ceiling cavities, behind wooden attic partitions, behind framing around an HVAC unit, or above attic joists with insulation support boards that prevent safe access.
If removal is not possible due to an obstruction, we will still do our best to sanitize the area and address odor or contamination.
If you already know there is a structural obstruction preventing access, the situation may require our EZ Wall Rescue option, which involves creating access to remove the animal and will require that service pricing. You can give us a call if you have any questions.
