For a dead or decaying animal found in an accessible spot like a garage, yard, or ground level — no ladder needed. We remove and dispose of the animal, then fully sanitize the area (including any decay residue, droppings, or debris) and treat for odor so your space feels fresh again. Includes basic patchwork to seal entry points up to 48 sq in, so critters don’t come back the same way.
When the job is harder to access.
For jobs in hard-to-access spots like attics or crawlspaces under decks and houses (we need at least 18″ of clearance to work safely). This price includes removing the animal and fully sanitizing the affected area — no extra charge for that, no surprises. If the job needs anything more, like patchwork for entry holes or odor treatment, we’ll explain what’s needed and the cost before doing any extra work.
When it’s behind the walls.
For animals stuck inside walls. *Service available only for sheetrock walls. We cut into the drywall to safely extract the animal, then fully sanitize inside the wall cavity to remove odor and residue. We put the same piece of drywall we removed back into place and seal it, so it’s not just patched — it’s your original wall, restored. If you have leftover paint on hand that matches, we’ll paint over the repair to match the surrounding wall at no extra charge.
